Research and Innovation
We are involved in a range of research projects that have been designed to bring meaningful value to our sector.
Our work is focused on supporting participants to develop their personal and professional skills - with a particular focus on assisting those from disadvantaged backgrounds - to gain access to wider opportunities in both education and employment.
An important aspect of our research focuses on understanding the needs and appropriately supporting people on the autistic spectrum. We work with employers and educators to raise awareness, share best practice, and promote the necessary adaptations - particularly within the workplace - to empower individuals with autism to thrive and achieve their full potential.
Through our participation in Erasmus and other initiatives, we are committed to creating inclusive, evidence-based solutions that can drive positive change, especially for those with diverse needs.
