Our dedicated local team is always on hand to assist our students to ensure they feel safe, supported, and inspired throughout their time in Valencia.

We pride ourselves on providing responsive human support from the moment students arrive in Valencia until they return home. Our local coordination team is based in the city and available around the clock to support students with both logistical and pastoral needs as and when these arise

Support includes:

• Airport/train station welcome

• Orientation activities (city guides, accompany students to placement etc.)

• 24/7 Emergency contact service

• Help with health services, documentation, or placement issues

• Ongoing communication with sending institutions

We work closely with partners and students alike to ensure each programme is safe, structured, and positive throughout. We understand that both students and hosting organisations may need support with varying issues throughout the internship period and our staff are on hand to assist and help to resolve any issues that may come up.
